Spring Break is My Favorite Break


This week's blog post is going to be short and SWEET because it's time to put yourself at the top of your To Do List! It's also time for me to do the same......We deserve it! I don't know about you but I get so busy trying to do it all that I forget about "Me". Here are "30 Ways to Practice Self Care" by Chief Health.

Practicing self-care on a daily basis can provide many benefits such as, preventing illness, managing disease, and making informed decisions about your health. Take good care of yourself and it’ll help you take care of others.

If you can take a Vacation.....Do It! Even a long weekend is break enough & it's a great way to reconnect with the ones you Love. The most important one you need to reconnect with is....You! If a vacation isn't in the budget, a good old fashioned "Stay-cation" does the trick. Just promise yourself you'll visit where you live like a tourist would.  Doing laundry and cleaning the oven are off limits (you didn't want to do that anyway.....so it's perfect!). Hake a Spa Day, have a Movie Marathon, Dine Out, go to the Theater or do something in your town you've always talked about doing but never have taken the time to do. Most of all take a Break and Smile.  You'll be so glad you did!
